these super speedy pancakes cakes can be whipped up and on the plate in a matter of minutes. choose organic eggs for a superior taste as well as high nutritional content including Omega 3 fatty acids.   • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut / almond / cow’s milk (optional)
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil per pancake
  • handful of blueberries / raspberries / sliced kiwi or peach for serving
